We specialize in the manufacture and distribution of a variety of binders which are used to improve the characteristics of many products for the industrial use including PVC tiles, reinforcing materials for cement, brake linings, mastic, and reinforcing materials for insulation, and which are made from minerals such as sepiolite, diatomite and wollastonite which undergo physical processing, chemical transformation and special coating which are performed to give flexibility, plasticity and swelling property.

Especially for sepiolite, all quantities needed in the Korean industry had depended on the import before we were founded.

• May 30, 1992 Purchased six lots including a lot at 871, Duryu-ri, Ankang-eup, Kyongju, Kyongbuk, Korea
• Jul. 01, 1992Obtained the permit for the foundation of SAMWOO Chemical Co. in accordance with the Support Act for Foundation of Small Business.
• Aug. 10, 1992Completely constructed and started a factory.
• Oct. 01, 1994Obtained the permit for change in the foundation of small business(Extension).
• May 10, 1995Applied for the permit for the product quality system. (Q mark).
• Oct. 1999 Currently being in operation for production.
