(A) Introduction to product
ETS products include P.M.F and other two kinds of prepared products.
P.M.F, as an inorganic mineral, has the three-dimensional network structure so that its restorable ability is very superior because foreign matters are removed from the network structure by 100℃ steam.
It is highly compatible with other materials and shows physical properties(dimensions and stability of density) similar to those of high molecular resin.
(B) As the particles of prepared products have the needle, angular and spherical shapes mixed properly which have a decisive effect on the dimensions and density of the products, they helps greatly improve quality.
(C) The particle size distribution of ETS indicates the peak value at both 74μ(200#) and 28μ(500#). These two peaks' particle sizes decisively influence the prevention of curling and dimensional stability by improving the density of the products in forming the products while mutually complementing together.
(D)
The coating method is that 6024 & processed powder prepared in liquid after being acetylated is sprayed for coating so that the dispersion capacity will be increased.
It is expected, therefore, that the amount of DOP and P.V.C will be reduced, and the cost-saving effect will be obtained.
